Pork Chop Skillet
Pork Chop Skillet is an easy dinner. Made with 4 center cut pork chops (3/4-inch thick), 2 c. thinly sliced onion, 16 oz. bag sauerkraut, 12 oz. jar fat-free pork gravy and 16 oz. bag frozen butternut squash, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat a large nonstick skillet.
Add pork chops and brown 2 minutes per side.
Remove pork.
Put onion in skillet and cook for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Add sauerkraut, gravy and butternut squash. Cover.
Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 8 minutes.
Stir and top with pork chops.
Cover and simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until pork is no longer pink near the bone. Makes 4 servings.
