Pork Chop-Rice Casserole
Pork Chop-Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 loin center cut pork chops, 2 tbsp. crisco, 1 envelope lipton onion soup mix, 2 c. minute rice and 1 can sliced mushrooms (do not drain), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown chops in Crisco.
Put rice in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Save one tablespoon soup mix and sprinkle remainder over rice.
Add mushrooms and water.
Place browned chops on top of rice mixture and sprinkle chops with remaining soup mixture.
Cover and bake in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes to one hour, depending on thickness of chops.
Remove cover and bake 10 more minutes or until extra liquid is gone.
