Pork Chop Potato Bake
Pork Chop Potato Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 pork chops, 1/2 c. milk, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1/2 c. sour cream and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Brown chops in skillet.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In same skillet, combine soup, milk and sour cream.
Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 of onions.
Spoon mixture into 9 x 13-inch dish and arrange chops over top of potatoes.
Bake, covered, for 40 to 50 minutes at 350Β°.
Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake, uncovered, 10 minutes more.
