Spread rice in bottom of 13 x 9-inch baking

Reserve tablespoon of onion soup mix and spread rest over rice.

Drain mushrooms (reserve liquid). Distribute mushrooms and pimento over rice.

Add hot water to reserved liquid to total cups and pour over rice. Place pork chops on top sprinkle with reserved soup mix. Cover tightly with foil.
