Pork Chop Onion-Rice Bake

Spread rice in bottom of 13 1/2 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Reserve 1 tablespoon of onion soup mix and then sprinkle rest over rice.
Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid and distribute mushrooms and pimento over rice.
Add hot water to reserved mushroom liquid to total 3 cups; pour over rice.
Arrange chops on top of rice and sprinkle reserved onion soup mix on chops.
Cover with foil and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove foil and cook 10 minutes longer.
