Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 8 to 10 boneless pork chops, 1 onion, 5 to 6 potatoes and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Fry pork chops until they are brown on both sides.
Take out of skillet.
Cut onion into little slices and lay on bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan.
Slice potatoes and place on top of onions.
Then place pork chops on top of potatoes.
Pour both cans of mushroom soup on top of the pork chops.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Cook in oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
