Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix, 2 c. hot water, 6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick), 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1 can condensed cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Combine rice, seasoning packet from rice mix and hot water; place in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside. Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and place over rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Uncover.
Combine soup and milk and pour over casserole.
Bake 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
