Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. pork chops or (chicken), 1 family size can of cream of mushroom soup, 1 15-1/2 oz. can of french style green beans, 1-1/4 c. of uncooked rice and 2-1/2 c. of water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In large baking dish put rice in and add green beans with liquid.
Add Cream of mushroom soup.
Add water and then add the pork chops.
If the pork chops are not covered with the liquid add more water to cover.
Use black pepper & creole seasoning to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until most of liquid is absorbed.
