Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 42 minutes. Made with pork chops, c. uncooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, large can asparagus and c. grated cheese or slices, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix 1/2 can asparagus juice to soup mixture. Place rice in bottom of dish. Alternate layers of asparagus, soup and cheese. Place pork chops on top with lots of butter.
Cook in oven at 375Β° for 1 hour or until desired tenderness of chops.
Cover with foil for the first 1/2 hour.
Uncover so chops will brown.
