Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 pork chops, 1 can beef consomme soup, 1 tsp. basil, 1 tsp. thyme and water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Set oven to 350Β°.
Put rice in bottom of a casserole dish. Lightly season and brown chops in a skillet.
Put on top of rice. Mix consomme and water to make 2 cups of liquid.
Add basil and thyme.
Pour into skillet with drippings and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chops and rice.
Lay one slice each of onion, tomato and bell pepper on top of each chop.
Bake 1 hour, covered.
