Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice, 2 c. hot water, 6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops, trimmed, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine rice, seasoning packet of rice mix and hot water; place in lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Set aside. Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and place over rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Uncover casserole.
Combine soup and milk and pour over casserole.
Bake casserole uncovered 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
