Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. pork chops (boned), fry brown, 4 large potatoes, sliced, 4 large onions, sliced and 2 cans cream of chicken soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Fry pork chops and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Put one layer of potatoes, then one layer onions.
Do this until onions and potatoes are used up. Then put 2 cans cream of chicken in a pot with 2 cans water.
Heat and pour over pork chops, potatoes and onions. Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes.
Salt to taste.
