Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 10 minutes. Made with pork chops, (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup, c. milk, of thyme and (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut beans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Trim excess fat from chops.
In ovenproof skillet, brown chops on both sides.
Remove chops from pan and pour off drippings. Blend in soup, milk and thyme.
Stir in green beans.
Arrange chops on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and bake in a moderate oven (350Β°) for about 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
Remove cover and cook to desired consistency, about 5 to 10 minutes.
