Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 pork chops, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 large onion, 2 tbsp. gulden's spicy mustard and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Trim fat and bone from pork.
Cut onion into thin slices.
Mix mustard, soup and water in a bowl.
Coat bottom of casserole dish with thin layer of soup mixture.
Arrange pork chops in casserole dish, lay sliced onions on top.
Cover with remainder of soup mixture.
Bake, covered, in oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
Serve over white rice.
