In large skillet, brown pork chops in oil.
While chops are browning, heat soup, water and rice in microwave.
Mix well.
Add salt and pepper.
Place pork chops in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Pour rice mixture over the top of chops.
Bake in 300Β° oven for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
