Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 pork chops, 6 to 8 medium size potatoes, 1 can cut green beans, 3 tbsp. margarine and 1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam to prevent sticking.
Peel and slice potatoes in bottom of dish.
If you use soup, drain green beans and pour them on top of potatoes.
If you do not use soup, do not drain green beans.
Add margarine and top with pork chops. Salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in oven at 400Β° for 40 to 45 minutes or until brown on top.
Turn pork chops over and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until pork chops are done.
