Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 pork chops (lean), 4 to 5 medium potatoes, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 2/3 c. canned milk and 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Brown pork chops in skillet.
Place in shallow oblong casserole coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Slice potatoes and layer on top.
Mix mushroom soup and milk.
Pour over all. Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
Then sprinkle on the shredded cheese.
Bake at 325Β° for 1 3/4 hours.
