Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with pork chops, 1/2 c. chopped up onion, 1/2 c. green pepper, 3 c. water and 2 beef bouillon cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Fry your pork chops and put aside.
Saute chopped onion and bell pepper.
Boil water and add bouillon cubes.
Stir this until well mixed.
Put your rice in the bottom of a casserole dish.
Then add your pork chops on top of rice.
Then put your onion and pepper in the water with bouillon cubes.
Pour this on top of pork chops. Put the lid on your dish and cook in oven about an hour.
Serves 6 to 8.
