Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 to 8 pork chops, 1 pkg. ore-ida grated hash browns, thawed and broken up, 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup, 1/4 c. onions (green onions if in season) and 1 c. grated cheese (longhorn), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Season chops with seasoned salt and black pepper.
Brown in skillet sprayed with Pam.
Drain; set aside.
Mix together hash browns, soup, onions, milk and cheese.
Season with seasoned salt and pepper.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Bake covered with foil 1 hour at 350Β°.
Uncover and put 1/2 slice Velveeta cheese on each pork chop.
Return to oven until cheese melts on chops.
