Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. carrots, 4 thick pork chops, 1 to 2 bunches green onions, 1 to 2 cans cream-style corn and paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Butter bottom of casserole.
Layer accordingly.
Peel and slice carrots and place in bottom of casserole.
Trim pork chops and place on carrots.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Chop green onions (tops too).
Place on chops.
Spread cream-style corn over all. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
Cover and bake 2 hours at 275°.
Last 15 minutes uncover, turn oven to 375° to brown top.
