Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chops, 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice, 1 can chow suey vegetables, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 c. liquid, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Place rice in shallow baking dish.
Drain vegetables.
Save liquid.
Spread vegetables over rice.
Mix reserved liquid with water to make 1 1/2 cups and mix with soup.
Pour over vegetables. Place chops on top and brush with soy sauce.
Bake 1 hour, covered, at 350Β°.
Sprinkle on onion rings and bake 10 minutes more.
