Pork Chop Casserole

Made with 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix, 2 c. hot water, 6 pork chops (1/2 inch thick), 1/4 tsp. black pepper and 1 can condensed cream of celery soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine rice, seasoning packet from rice mix and hot water; place in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside. Sprinkle pork chops with pepper and place over rice mixture. Cover and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Uncover.
Combine soup and milk and pour over casserole.
Bake 15 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
