Pork Chop Casserole
Pork Chop Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 8 pork chops, sliced raw potatoes, sliced onion, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Trim off the fat and brown pork chops lightly in a hot skillet.
Mix soup and milk; set aside.
In a casserole dish, layer the ingredients, starting with the potatoes, then the onion, then meat and last the soup.
If more than 4 pork chops are used, it is a good idea to use only half of the ingredients and make two complete sets of layers in the dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
