Pork Chop Bake
Pork Chop Bake is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 6 minutes. Made with pork chops (1-inch thick), medium potatoes (uncooked), peeled and thinly sliced, (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained, c. water and envelope lipton soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large skillet, brown chops; drain on paper towels.
In buttered 2-quart oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms and chops.
In small bowl, combine water and soup mix.
Pour over meat.
Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
Makes 6 servings.
