Open 1 can of tomato soup and spread on bottom of casserole dish or baking pan.
Layer the following: pork chops, bell pepper, onion and soup until they are all used.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until pork chops fall apart.
Serve over rice. Good with green bean casserole.
