Wash rice thoroughly.
Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion.
Shape into small balls.
Heat tomato soup and water in a pressure cooker.
Drop meatballs into soup mixture.
Cover pressure cooker.
Allow steam to flow from vent pipe to release air.
Place indicater weight on vent pipe; cook for 10 minutes at 15 pounds pressure.
