Porcupine Meatballs is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburger meat, beef flavored rice-a-roni and 4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°. Mix hamburger meat and rice packet.
Form into meatballs about the size of a quarter.
Place meatballs on a cookie sheet.
Cook until meat is done.
Mix beef flavor pack with 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add flour to create a gravy.
Add meatballs to gravy and simmer for about 30 minutes, then serve.
