Combine meat, rice, onions, salt and pepper.
Form into balls. Mix soup, water and Worcestershire sauce in Mirro pressure cooker.
Drop meat balls in pan and roll around in soup.

Cool pan normally for 5 minutes, then place under faucet until completely cooled.
