Poppy Seed Chicken
Poppy Seed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 chicken breasts or 6 breasts and 5 thighs or 6 legs, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 pt. sour cream, 1 stick margarine and 2 tbsp. poppy seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Skin and boil or bake chicken, cut up into bite size pieces. Mix soup and sour cream with chicken.
Melt margarine.
Mix crumbs and poppy seed.
Put in 1/2 of chicken.
Mix in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle over with 1/2 of the crumb mix, then the rest of chicken and top with the remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until it bubbles in the middle.
