Poppy Seed Chicken
Poppy Seed Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breasts, 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1 c. sour cream, 1 stack ritz crackers and 2 tbsp. poppy seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Parboil chicken; allow it to cool and then cut into bite size chunks.
Spread pieces of chicken in the bottom of a baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch).
In a small bowl, combine cream of chicken and sour cream and spread over chicken.
Crumble the Ritz crackers and sprinkle over chicken.
Sprinkle the poppy seed on top and then drizzle the melted margarine on top of that.
Bake at 350Β° for approximately 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
