Poppy Seed Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box duncan hines golden butter cake mix, 4 eggs, 3/4 c. crisco oil, 1/4 c. poppy seed and 1 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix all ingredients, except poppy seed, together for 3 minutes.
Then fold in poppy seed.
Pour into greased Bundt pan and bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Makes a good coffee cake.
