Poppy Seed Cake
Poppy Seed Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 (8 oz.) box vanilla pudding, 1 c. water, 1/3 c. oil and 4 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Preheat oven to 325°.
Butter tube pan or Bundt pan well. Sprinkle 1/3 of cinnamon/sugar mixture in pan, making sure to cover tube well.
Mix first 6 ingredients for cake batter.
Pour in 1/2 of batter.
Sprinkle 1/3 cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Pour in rest of batter and finish up with the cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Invert on plate.
