Poppy Seed Bread
Poppy Seed Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 box supermoist cake mix (yellow or butter), 1 small pkg. instant coconut cream or vanilla pudding, 1/2 c. coconut, 1 c. warm water and 4 eggs, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grease and flour pans, 5 mini or 2 large loaf pans.
Toast coconut in shallow baking pan in 350° oven for 7 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
Set aside.
Mix together cake mix, pudding, water, eggs and oil.
Mix for 1 minute.
Add poppy seed and coconut.
Pour into pans.
Bake in 350° oven.
Five mini loaf pans, bake about 30 minutes.
Two large loaf pans, bake about 45 to 60 minutes.
Done when knife comes out clean.
