Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 c. milk, 1 c. gold medal wondra flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 425Β° (hot).
Heavily grease 6 deep custard cups. Beat eggs slightly and add milk, Wondra flour and salt.
Stir with fork just until smooth.
Do not overbeat.
Fill greased custard cups 1/2 full.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve with honey butter. Mix honey in butter and whip together; chill.
