Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. gold medal wondra flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 eggs and 1 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

👨🍳 Instructions
Heat oven to 375° to 400° (hot).
Heavily grease 6 deep custard cups or 8 muffin cups.
Beat eggs slightly.
Add milk, flour and salt.
Stir with fork just until smooth.
(Do not overbeat.)
Fill greased custard cups 1/2 full or fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake 60 minutes or until deep, golden brown.
Remove from cups immediately and serve.
Yield: 6 to 8 popovers.
