Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 3 large eggs, 1 c. milk, 3 tbsp. butter, 1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Lightly grease six 6-ounce glass custard cups with butter.
By hand, mix eggs, milk and butter with whisk.
Sift flour and salt to mixture; mix until smooth.
In blender, blend until smooth the mixture.
Pour into custard cups, filling about half full.
Bake on a flat pan for 45 to 50 minutes. Serve hot.
