Popovers
Popovers is an easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 c. milk and 2 large eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
👨🍳 Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°.
Grease 6 ovenproof custard cups.
Stir flour and salt together in mixing bowl.
Add eggs and milk.
Beat mixture with mixer until smooth.
Do not overbeat.
Fill custard cup 3/4 full.
Bake until puffed and brown, about 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking for 15 minutes.
Remove from custard cups and serve immediately.
Fill with butter, fruit, jelly, custard or pudding.
Can use muffin tins.
Makes 6.
