Popover Pizza
Popover Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 to 1 1/2 oz. envelope spaghetti sauce, 1/2 c. water and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown beef and onions; drain.
Stir in sauce mix, tomato sauce and water.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Top with cheese.
Beat eggs, milk and oil until foamy.
Beat in flour and salt until batter is smooth.
Pour over filling and cover.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
Cut in squares.
