Popcorn Peanut Butter Munch
Popcorn Peanut Butter Munch is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. freshly popped corn, 1/3 c. corn oil margarine, 1 1/4 c. sugar, 2/3 c. dark corn syrup and 1/3 c. chunky peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Spread out popcorn in large, shallow, roasting pan.
In heavy skillet or saucepan, stir together margarine, sugar and syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Stir in peanut butter.
Continue cooking without stirring, for 5 minutes.
Stir in vanilla and soda.
Pour mixture over popcorn. Stir to coat.
Bake uncovered in 250Β° oven, stirring occasionally for 1 hour.
Turn out in large bowl and break apart.
Store in a tightly covered container.
