Popcorn Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 lb. marshmallows, 12 c. popped corn and 1 lb. m&m's (plain or peanut or half and half), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In microwave, melt butter and marshmallows together (2 to 6 minutes, depending on power level).
Stir often.
Grease an angel food pan or Bundt pan.
Combine butter mixture, popcorn and M&M's. Press into pan.
Let set 1 to 2 hours before unmolding.
