Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 22 c. popped popcorn, 2 (16 oz.) marshmallows, 1/2 lb. butter, 1 c. nuts (any kind) and candied fruits and raisins (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt butter in a large saucepan.
Add marshmallows a little at a time; add more as they melt.
When it has all melted, add nuts. Pour over popcorn and mix well.
Then pour onto buttered tinfoil (butter your hands).
Then shape into loaves or balls.
Let set overnight.
