Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter or margarine, 5 qt. popped corn (plain), 2 c. roasted peanuts or pecans, gumdrop flowers (optional) and 1 lb. marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Combine butter and marshmallows in heavy 2 or 3-quart saucepan.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until marshmallows melt.
Add to popcorn, candy and nuts.
Stir until blended.
Press mixture into a well-greased 10-inch tube pan. Chill until firm.
Invert cake onto serving plate and garnish with gumdrop flowers, if desired.
