Popcorn Cake
Popcorn Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 qt. popped popcorn, 2 c. pecans, chopped, 1/2 c. oil, 1 lb. bag marshmallows and 2 c. roasted peanuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
In large bowl combine the popcorn, peanuts, pecans and candy.
In a double boiler melt oil, butter and marshmallows until smooth.
Pour this mixture over popcorn mixture and stir until coated.
Press mixture into pan.
Cover with plastic wrap and let set overnight.
Turn out and eat.
