Popcorn Balls
Popcorn Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. unpopped corn, 1 c. sugar, 1/3 c. syrup of choice, 1/3 c. water and 1/4 c. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Pop corn and set aside.
In large stew pan boil sugar, syrup (of choice), water and butter until a rolling boil is formed.
Add vanilla and reduce heat to a simmer.
Add popped corn and stir with metal spoons (plastic may melt).
After all corn is coated with syrup mixture, remove from heat.
Using rubber gloves, form corn into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet to cool.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate approximately 20 minutes and serve.
