Popcorn Balls
Popcorn Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. white karo, 2/3 c. water, 1/2 c. margarine and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In heavy saucepan, combine first 6 ingredients; cook over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Cook to brittle ball in cold water.
Remove from heat, add vanilla and if desired, color.
Pour immediately over warm popcorn.
Shape into balls.
Dip palm in water before shaping into balls as it will keep it from sticking to your hands.
Yields 2 dozen.
