Pop-over Pizza
Pop-Over Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 1/2 oz. envelope spaghetti sauce mix, 1/2 c. water and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown beef and onion.
Stir in sauce mix, tomato sauce and water.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
Beat eggs, oil and milk until foamy. Beat in flour and salt until smooth.
Pour batter over meat filling; spread to cover completely.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 30 minutes.
