Poor Man's Lobster
Poor Man'S Lobster is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. seafood seasoning, 3/4 c. water, 1/4 c. red or white vinegar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 lb. frozen fish fillets, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Bring seafood seasoning, water, vinegar and salt to boil in large, shallow pan with a tight-fitting lid.
Add frozen fish. (Do not use breaded or thawed fish.)
Boil 7 1/2 minutes on each side for a total of 15 minutes.
Remove from pan and place on cookie sheet.
Stir lemon juice with margarine and drizzle part of mixture over fish.
Sprinkle with parsley and/or paprika.
Broil 2 or 3 minutes.
Serve with remaining melted margarine.
