Poor Man's Ambrosia
Poor Man'S Ambrosia is an easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 large apples, 1 can crushed pineapple, 1 (6 oz.) can orange juice and 1/2 tsp. coconut or banana flavoring, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Peel and grate apples.
Add pineapple, orange juice, 1 can of water and flavoring to apples.
Mix well.
Let stand for several hours before serving.
Keeps well in refrigerator several days. (May add a little sugar or Sweet 'N Low.)
