Pool Cake
Pool Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla, 2 sticks butter, softened and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and mix well, then add flour and vanilla; mix until well blended.
Spread on greased cookie sheet.
Take a spoonful of pie filling and make little pools in cake until all the pie filling is used.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar when still warm.
