Polynesian Salad
Polynesian Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. peanut oil, 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice, 3/4 tsp. honey, 6 tbsp. soy sauce and 2 1/2 tbsp. grated onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

In bowl, blender or food processor, combine oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, onion and honey and mix well.
In large salad bowl combine greens, sprouts, water chestnuts, radishes and sesame seed.
Pour dressing over and toss to coat.
Serve immediately.
